Terms and Conditions for Vendor-Initiated Reports and Pre-Inspection Agreement Reports

For Prospective Purchasers Accessing Vendor-Initiated Reports

An independent inspection report has been conducted on the property, initiated by the vendor.

By purchasing access to this report via the online platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Report Access:
    Upon payment of the Purchaser Deposit (inclusive of GST), you will receive a copy of the inspection report and a schedule of these Terms and Conditions. This payment also entitles you to direct telephone access to the inspector for any queries relating to the report.
  • No Warranty:
    The report has been prepared professionally and with due care; however, no warranty is provided as to the accuracy or completeness of the report for purchasers accessing a vendor-commissioned report.
  • Warranties for Successful Purchasers:
    If you are successful in acquiring the property, standard warranties in relation to the report and its accuracy may be obtained by making an additional Purchaser Warranty Payment of $349 (inclusive of GST). This payment must be made within sixty (60) days of the contract for sale and purchase exchange date.

For Clients Making Pre-Inspection Payment

If you have signed a Pre-Inspection Agreement:

  • Governing Terms:
    The inspection, report, and all related services are governed by the terms and conditions set out in the Pre-Inspection Agreement signed prior to commencement. If there is any inconsistency between the website terms and the Pre-Inspection Agreement, the Pre-Inspection Agreement will take precedence.
  • Payment:
    Payment for the inspection is subject to the terms specified in the Pre-Inspection Agreement.
