TO: PROSPECTIVE PURCHASER

Barrenjoey Inspections has carried out a totally independent Building and Pest Inspection of the property commissioned by the Vendor.

We offer you:

1. A copy of such Report with a Schedule of our Terms and Conditions with the deposit payment, inclusive of GST (the Purchaser Deposit) which also entitles you to direct telephone access to our inspector for queries you may have arising from the Report, payable to us, which report although carried out professionally and with all care taken does not provide you with any warranty as to the accuracy of such report;
2. If you are the successful purchaser of the property, we will provide you with our standard warranties as to the report and its accuracy upon the payment by you of a further $349 inclusive of GST (the Purchaser Warranty Payment) Provided that you provide such Purchaser Warranty Payment to us within thirty (30) days of the contract for sale and purchase exchange date.

I/We, the prospective purchaser/s of the property hereby request Barrenjoey Inspections to provide us with a copy of your Report for the subject property and we acknowledge the Terms and Conditions set out above.
